I hope the player will feed streams of all BBC radio stations too – I do enjoy radio london with Robert Elms and Danny Baker in the afternoons. The BBC real player dependant web app is just rubbish at the moment esp as it won’t work on the office PC.
I have had a little play with the streaming version for OS X and have to say I am quite impressed by the quality, however the choice of programming is relatively small and of course there is still the little matter of no off-live player for OS X !
I agree – an impressive start. Once the catalogue is expanded to include all programmes then it’ll be even better. Hopefully offline storage will follow later.

As far as I know the iPlayer also plays radio streams.
